Almeria vs. Barcelona Football Prediction 8th November 2014
Barcelona comes to Estadio de los Juegos Mediterraneos with strong confidence after their great performance at Champions League match against Ajax finished 2:0 with both goals from Lionel Messi. Argentina's striker needs two goals to finally surpass Telmo Zarra's Primera Division scoring record - and has 11 in his last six against Saturday's opponents. Almeria have scored just four in those six clashes, and the club have had no answers for Messi, who started his run with a double in a draw in March 2010 (2-2). A hat-trick followed in a Copa del Rey win against them just over two months later in November same year (8-0).
Barcelona has played 5 Primera Division matches this season away from home (3 wins, 1 draw and 1 lost). Almeria have failed to win any of their 5 home fixtures in La Liga and this is the reason of their 14th position on the table with 3 lost games in a roll. Scoring goals has been their problem, with their poor home form and only 8 goals in 10 matches. Against opponent such as Barcelona that is currently placed in the top 6 of the Spain Primera Division, Almeria chances for win are very poor.
Louis Enrique have one of the most strong forward lines ever seen in football and if Suarez can get in form with his new team more faster, Barca will become one of the certain opponents for this season title. League defeats drop Barcelona to 4th position is the table now and last weekend's match against Celta Vigo was totally disappointing. For this Saturday's game against Almeria, midfield player Andres Iniesta is sidelined for Barca, while defenders Jeremy Mathieu and Thomas Varmaelen are also missing.
Leaving aside their recent defeats at Primera Division and some criticism about Luis Enrique's work, Barcelona are favourites to grab the 3 points in this match.
Getafe – Elche Football Tip 8th November 2014
In this game we will see Getafe playing at home against Elche.
Getafe started very bad this season, but with the arrival of the french player Yoda, their midfield has improved a lot. Also, Sarabia look like playing better and they have a good balance. With some problems at defence, like suspension of Alexis for 3 games and injured Valera, Getafe will try to make a home victory.
On the other side Elche is really weak in all their lines, especially at defence and they have big problems with scoring too. It looks like they are favourites for 2nd division.
Both teams are not so strong in defence, but Getafe have some jokers in their pocket, so it have to be easy home win for them.
Real Madrid vs. Rayo Vallecano Soccer Pick 8th November 2014
Real Madrid is unstoppable after defeating Barcelona and take the 1st position in La Liga. Is it possible their Saturday match with their true hipster Rayo Vallecano to stop their confidence?
There are no doubts that Real Madrid have one of the best offence in the world. FC Bayern comes a close, but in all the years that we watched football, we never seen a team with Real Madrid's intensity. Even in their small victory over Liverpool in Champions League (1:0), the pace of the game looks like a hockey match.
Many goals are expected today with Rayo Vallecano. The return of Bale and the fact that Rayo play an open style also make a possibility of a high scoring game.
Rayo Vallecano playing cautious possession, which will give to the home side less chances for goals. The style that they showed up this season is very tactically and has the right balance for this game to be lower scoring than expected by
soccer predictions provider. They won't park the bus (like most sides do and also what Real expects and trains for) and we don't see them going aggressive either. Unfortunately, Rayo have the fourth worst defence in the top and have been inconsistent this season. On 12th position in the table with 3 wins from their first 10 matches, visitors have the difficult task to drop off "The Kings" of the 1st place.
Real have won the last 12 league meetings between the two sides, including a 5-0 success at the Bernabeu last term and this makes them favourites for a 13th win on this derby.
Celta Vigo vs. Granada Football Tip 8th November 2014
Celta Vigo have to take Granada into their Balaidos stadium this weekend and they need to take this home win. Victory for the host means a chance to climb into the top five of Spanish Primera Division, of course if Levante beat Sevilla on Sunday. Granada had good start to this season, but now team is really struggling. They only got 1 point from their last 6 games. As a result, Granada are now are really close to relegation zone on 15th place. "We understand our situation. But we are confident that we are capable of getting points from next matches. Celta are in good frame of mind after beating Barcelona, but we can get all 3 points. We need to think optimistically," said goalkeeper Roberto. Unfortunately, in percentages Granada have a 15,3% chance to win with Celta Vigo having 61,46%.
Celta Vigo made an impressive start to the season. They have lost only one match and we can see them in the sixth spot in the table, just five points behind Real Madrid. Celta have proved that they are great squad, picking up points at Atletico Madrid and Athletic Bilbao in the past few weeks; they even beat Barcelona last weekend in Camp Nou!
Granada have only one point from their last six games in Primera Division. Actualy, they played great in their four opening games, even were unbeaten picking up eight points. In round 7, they had their first defeat at Malaga and from that moment their good performance at La Liga was killed. From past results between Granada and Celta Vigo, Granada won 2 matches, Celta Vigo 3 and there are 3 draws.
Celta Vigo are definitely the better team and this makes them favourites. Granada will put all hopes into their luck.
