Aston Villa have unveiled a new emblem following a fan vote.

After lengthy consultations with fans and creative searches, two versions of the emblem were finalized - a hexagonal and a round one.

On November 4, season ticket holders and members of the Aston Villa fan club from contact with soccer tipster chose a new emblem. 77% voted for the round option.

Compared to the old emblem, the shape has changed. The lion, standing on its hind legs, remained, but now it is not golden, but burgundy.
