Andy Murray stopped the invincible Djokovic

Novak Djokovic can be beaten! It has proved Andy Murray, who managed to beat the Serb at the final mentioned by fixed football picks of the tournament, "Rogers Cup" in Montreal. After 3 hours an exclusive battle the Briton won with 6:4, 4:6, 6:3 and lifted the trophy.

Thanks to the success Murray ended the series of 8 consecutive defeats of this rival, over whom he hasn`t won a victory since more than 2 years (Wimbledon 2013). Something more- Andy inflicted a first loss to Nole at "Masters 1000" tournament in the beggining of the season.

The defeat has been only the fourth for the Serb in the year, who at last has been defeated at the final mentioned by fixed football picks of "Roland Garros" in the beggining of the summer.

"Congratulations to Murray, who played an excellent tournament. I wish him to continue with his good performances. We are thinking for the US Open, which knocks on the door. I thank everyone for the great organization and that from the first day we feel great here in Canada, " said in an interview on the court the world No1 Novak Djokovic.

For Murray, it is the 11th title of level "Masters 1000", which will climb him to No2 of the rankings from Monday.

"I regret that unlike Djokovic I can not speak French," were the first words of the champion Murray. "I congratulate him (Djokovic) for the well done job. Special thanks to all who helped this tournament to be organized, and the noisiest support which never stopped supporting me today and throughout the tournament, "said Murray.

During the week, Djokovic and Murray will be among the big favorites of the next "Masters 1000" tournament - in Cincinnati.
